Regular Cardio can also help you to lose weight, get better sleep and reduce the risk for chronic disease. If you are just starting to workout, exercise as hard as you can for 1 minute; take a break for the next one minute and then move on to the next set of exercises. You can for example plan to do a set of 15 repetitions of each exercise and take a break between sets. As you get better you can increase the number of sets and also the repetitions within each set.
